Cuddlebrook Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Cuddlebrook handles information when you play the game.

Information Cuddlebrook Handles

Cuddlebrook does not require an account and does not ask for an email address, phone number, mailing address, precise location, contacts, microphone, or camera access.

The game stores the information needed to preserve your rescue, including:

• game progress, animals, adoptions, rooms, items, achievements, and settings; and
• the player name, rescue name, and pet names entered in the game.

This information is used only to provide the game's features.

Where Game Information Is Stored

Game information is stored locally on your device. Cuddlebrook Studios does not operate a server for the game and cannot view or retrieve your game save.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Cuddlebrook does not include advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling. It does not sell personal information.

Children

Cuddlebrook is designed so that play does not require an online account, public profile, free-form public posting, advertising, or disclosure of contact information. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players through a developer-operated service.

Retention and Deletion

The game save remains on the device while it is being used for game continuity. To erase the current rescue, open Settings in Cuddlebrook, choose Start over, and confirm Erase everything. This replaces the saved rescue with a new-game state.

You can also manage the app through the controls provided by Apple on your device. Because Cuddlebrook Studios cannot access your private game save, the studio cannot retrieve or delete that save on your behalf.

Security

Cuddlebrook limits game storage to the device and does not operate a separate game-data server. No storage method is guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but the app minimizes exposure by avoiding unnecessary collection and transmission.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if Cuddlebrook's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
